1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BondAlchemy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BondAlchemy mobile application ("App"), provided by Halim Öztürk ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

BondAlchemy is an AI-powered personal growth and relationship insights application that provides:

• AI Life Coach for 24/7 relationship advice and personal growth guidance
• Psychology-based compatibility analysis with personality traits
• Dream journal with AI-powered interpretation and psychological insights
• Soulmate drawing using AI image generation (DALL-E 3)
• Personalized personality insights based on your preferences

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BondAlchemy. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Premium is required to use the App

BondAlchemy is a subscription app. Premium unlocks the full App: unlimited AI Life Coach conversations, unlimited daily horoscopes, the birth chart together with its full AI analysis, unlimited compatibility analyses, unlimited tarot readings, unlimited dream journal entries and interpretations, and your one-time AI Soulmate Sketch.

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or monthly. Both plans unlock exactly the same features — only the billing period differs. There is no higher tier and no feature reserved for one plan.

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region. The App Store shows you the plan, the price and any introductory offer that applies to you before you confirm the purchase, and charges are made to your Apple Account.

4.3 Free Trial

New subscribers on the monthly plan receive a 7-day free trial. The weekly plan does not include a free trial. Whether an introductory offer applies to you, and its exact terms, are shown by the App Store before you confirm.

• The trial converts to a paid monthly subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends
• Cancel at any point during the trial to avoid being charged
• Some features are limited during the trial — see 4.4

4.4 What the free trial includes

The free trial is not unrestricted access. While you are in the trial period, the following limits apply:

• AI Life Coach: unlimited conversations
• Daily Horoscope: unlimited
• Birth chart wheel: unlimited (calculated on your device)
• Tarot Reading: 1 per day
• Dream Journal: 1 interpretation per day
• Compatibility Analysis: 1 in total
• Soulmate Sketch: 1 in total
• Full AI birth-chart analysis: not available during the trial — paid subscribers only

All of these limits are lifted once the trial converts to a paid subscription, or as soon as you subscribe directly on either plan.

4.5 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown on the App Store for your region.

4.6 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Settings app on your iOS device → your Apple Account → Subscriptions
• The App Store → account menu → Subscriptions

Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Select the purchase you want to dispute
4. Follow Apple's refund request process

6. Content Disclaimer

6.1 AI-Generated Content

IMPORTANT: All content provided by BondAlchemy, including relationship advice, compatibility analysis, dream interpretations, and personality insights, is generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered for entertainment and informational purposes only.

6.2 Not Professional Advice

BondAlchemy does NOT provide:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Mental health counseling or therapy
• Legal advice or recommendations
• Financial advice or investment guidance
• Professional relationship counseling

Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health concerns.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

While we use psychology-based approaches for our analysis, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated interpretations and insights. Relationship advice and compatibility analysis are subjective and should not be solely relied upon for making important life decisions.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Protecting your Apple ID credentials
• Any activity that occurs through your account

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or payment mechanisms
• Share your subscription access with others
• Extract, scrape, or copy AI-generated content for commercial use
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and designs of BondAlchemy are owned by Halim Öztürk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (journal entries, questions, etc.). However, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing the App's services (e.g., generating AI responses).

8.2 AI-Generated Images

Soulmate drawings and other AI-generated images are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BondAlchemy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halim Öztürk, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: For data sync (subject to Apple's terms)
• Apple In-App Purchase: For subscriptions (subject to Apple's terms)
• Our own backend: AI requests are sent to a server we operate, which forwards them to OpenAI
• OpenAI API: For AI-powered features (GPT models, DALL-E 3)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Mixpanel: For product analytics

Exactly what each of these receives is set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Update features and functionality
• Change pricing — for existing subscribers, any price change is handled through Apple, with the notice and consent Apple's subscription rules require
• Remove features or content as needed

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease
• Your subscription will be cancelled
• Local data may remain on your device until you uninstall the App

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Halim Öztürk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Negotiation: Contact us first to resolve the issue
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediate
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration as a last resort

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notification
• Email (if provided)
• App Store update notes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
